We’ll send a detailed invoice for your selected items.

Step 6: Order & Delivery
Once paid, your order is processed and shipped with care—with free delivery included.

The Personal Styling & Lookbook fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the time, expertise, research, and curation required to create your personalized styling experience. Once the styling process has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By selecting items from the curated lookbook, the client accepts full responsibility for their purchase choices, including fit, preference, and final selection. All sales are subject to the standard return and exchange policy.

Crystal Crystina does not guarantee the availability of any item included in the curated lookbook. Inventory may change at any time due to supplier and demand factors. If an item becomes unavailable, substitutions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the discretion of the stylist.
