Crystal Crystina® offers thoughtfully curated fashion and original signature designs that may be fulfilled from different locations. Because of this, processing times, shipping methods and delivery times may vary by product.

Shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout whenever available.

United States Shipping

Eligible Crystal Crystina® curated merchandise includes complimentary standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Amali Signature Dresses

Amali — The Crystal Crystina® Signature Dress Collection has a flat domestic shipping charge of $8.00 per order.

Any available expedited or alternative delivery options and their applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Orders Containing Different Product Types

Crystal Crystina® merchandise may be fulfilled from different locations.

If your order contains products from different collections or fulfillment locations, your merchandise may:

Arrive in separate packages
Have different processing or delivery timelines
Generate more than one tracking number
Be subject to different shipping charges when applicable

You will not necessarily receive every item in your order in the same package.

Processing Times

Processing time is the period required to prepare an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Processing times vary according to the item, product availability and fulfillment location.

Any estimated shipping or delivery timeframe provided by Crystal Crystina® is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

If you are purchasing merchandise for a wedding, vacation, celebration, special event or other date-specific occasion, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Orders containing merchandise shipped from multiple locations may receive multiple tracking numbers.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to supported destinations.

Available destinations, shipping methods and applicable carrier rates are calculated according to the destination and order details and will be displayed during checkout.

International shipping, including international delivery of Amali Signature Dresses, is not complimentary unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

When these charges are collected during checkout, they will be shown before the order is completed.

Any applicable charges that are not collected by Crystal Crystina® at checkout may be the responsibility of the recipient according to the laws and requirements of the destination country.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Crystal Crystina® may affect delivery.

We will provide available order and tracking information, but carrier transit times cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact customercare@crystalcrystina.com as quickly as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier.
